  • Project cancellation before the start of work.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The project is already completed and delivered.
  • Delays occur due to client-side feedback or lack of communication.
  • Clients request changes beyond the original scope.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.
