Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Clients

    • Clients may cancel their projects before the start of work to receive a full refund.
    • For cancellations after work has started, refunds will be issued based on completed project milestones.

    2. Non-Cancellation Conditions

    • Once a project is fully completed and delivered, cancellation requests are not accepted.

    3. Cancellation by Soft Technology Solutions

    We reserve the right to cancel a project under the following conditions:

    • Violation of Terms and Conditions.
    • Non-cooperation from the client’s side.

    4. Payment Details

    • We do not share debit/credit card details with third parties.
